The Site allows you to browse, select, and purchase eco-friendly clothing and lifestyle products (“Goods” or “Products” or “Services”).

Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day exchange policy. If your product has any defects or if you wish to exchange the item for another size, you may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Communications

By using our Site, you consent to receive administrative and promotional emails from Solar Citizen. These may include order updates, account activity, product launches, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime by clicking the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link provided in any of our emails. Solar Citizen is not responsible for any promotional content changes or expirations.

Orders

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms outlined here and on the Site. You must create an account to place an order so that you can track your purchases and access your order history.

Third-Party Vendors

Solar Citizen does not accept responsibility for services or products sold by third-party vendors featured on the Site. We make no warranties about the quality, safety, or usability of third-party products or services. Participation in any external activity or service is done at the user’s own risk.

Online Sale: Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all online sales and promotional campaigns:

  • No monetary refunds. Items can only be exchanged in accordance with our 15-day exchange policy.

  • Delivery charges starting from Rs. 120 apply to all orders.

  • A maximum of 2 orders can be placed per customer within a 24-hour window.

  • The minimum order value must be Rs. 1,000. Orders below this value will not be processed.

  • The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (COD) is Rs. 5,000. For orders exceeding this amount, please use one of our prepaid payment options.
