Each stage has a hard deliverable and a typical timeline. No vague promises — specific paperwork, specific numbers, specific dates.
Bill assessment & load profile
We look at your last 6–12 months of K-Electric / LESCO / IESCO / FESCO / MEPCO / PESCO / HESCO / QESCO bills, build a kWh load profile, and size the system to your actual consumption ±5%. Oversized systems don’t pay for themselves under net billing — we tell you the right size, not the biggest one.

Site survey & roof assessment
Our engineering team visits your site — measures usable roof area, checks structural mounting feasibility, inspects the electrical panel, and runs a shadow analysis. For complex roofs, multi-storey commercial buildings, or industrial sheds, we deploy drone imagery for a precise shadow map. Either way, you get a written assessment by Day 4 — so if your roof can’t take the system you want, you find out before any down-payment changes hands.
Deliverable: roof + shadow + panel report
Engineering design
String layout, inverter sizing, cable cross-section, breaker sizing, surge-protection, earthing scheme, net-metering paperwork. Issued as a stamped engineering drawing — the same kind your bank or building society will recognise. Our designs have been accepted by DHA Karachi, Bahria Town, Lahore Cantonment, and Islamabad CDA at no extra cost.

Proposal, pricing & financing
A single PKR-explicit quote with every line item priced in Pakistani Rupees. No surprise add-ons at commissioning. If you need financing, we coordinate the bank application with Meezan, Bank Alfalah, Faysal, JS, or HBL — including SBP 6% Renewable Energy Refinance Scheme rate where eligible. Standard terms: 25% down, balance on commissioning.

Installation & net-metering filing
Tier-1 panels mounted, inverter wired, DC + AC sides commissioned, performance tested under load. We then file the bidirectional-meter paperwork with your DISCO — at no extra cost, regardless of which utility. Net-metering approval typically lands in 4–8 weeks depending on the utility; you receive a written status update every two weeks until it does.

SOL AI activation & Sol Care
Every system goes live on SOL AI from commissioning day — Pakistan’s only always-on solar monitoring intelligence. WhatsApp alerts for faults, monthly performance summaries, tariff-aware export optimisation. From year 2 onward, Sol Care handles annual electrical inspections and panel cleaning. The Tier-1 panel manufacturer’s 25–30 year performance warranty is yours, with our pass-through service if you ever need to invoke it.
