The F Sectors are Islamabad’s most established residential areas. F-6, F-7, F-8, and F-10 contain some of the city’s largest homes on plots ranging from 10 marla to 4 kanal. These homes consume 2,000-6,000 units monthly. At IESCO’s upper slab rates, that means PKR 80,000-250,000 in monthly electricity costs. Solar eliminates the majority of that expense.
F Sector homes are predominantly 1-2 kanal plots with spacious flat concrete roofs.
